QuasarVex provides lead generation and digital marketing services through our proprietary platform. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Analytics and reporting tools
• Marketing automation services

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users and third parties

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-qualified-lead model. You agree to pay for all qualified leads that respond to your campaigns according to your selected pricing plan. Payment terms include:

• Charges apply only to leads that reply to your outreach campaigns
• Payments are processed monthly for the previous month's qualified leads
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your customers. Our data handling practices include:

• Compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA
• Secure storage and transmission of all personal data
• Limited data sharing only as necessary to provide our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by QuasarVex and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms

• Create derivative works based on our platform

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service
• Suspend services for security or technical reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Limit usage to prevent abuse or ensure fair access for all users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuasarVex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will be discontinued
• Outstanding payments remain due and payable
• We will delete your data according to our data retention policy
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability shall survive

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
